Where did this KNIFE come from

small knife trhat looks like a sword, it has a ivory looking handle and two madallions hanging on a chain.

This knife seams probably from Crete, the handle usally is bone.

I would agree it's from Crete, The problem is reproduction's are made.

I do not think this is a copy since it was given to me from a family member that was in their late 90's over 20 years ago..

 

I would just like to the history and if any value of the knife..

 

I think iwill try ot take closer pictures of it once I find which box I put it in..lol

 

so any marks I should look for?

i did not see anything abnombal that I can remember, I have to find where I put the knife, I packed up everything.. so I would remember where they were butt hat was almost 2 years ago I think..lol
