Old cabinet- no other information about it

Description

I really have no knowledge of the background of this piece.  It has a lockable cabinet with 2 shelves.  The panels on the front seem thinner than the rest of the cabinet.  Has flat screws holding the top piece on the cabinet,

Its probably 1920s American made china cabinet. I see them go in our area for 100-300. Not a bad buy for $25!
