It is a a cup to put teabags in. It has a flower design with four rings on the inside. It came from Frace with an old family friends grandmother.

1889 ANTIQUE FRENCH POTTERY PORRIDGE BOWL Not a Tea bowl....

I have looked and many of these bowls, worth around $20.00 to Max $100.00.

"NOTE" I do not claim to be an expert. I suggest that you pay the guys here and get a Appraisal if you don't agree with my findings..  (Good Luck)
