This appears to be an early dunhill lighter. Condition is very rough at best but there is still a collector following. Should go for anywhere between $20 and $35.
LIFT ARM LIGHTER LIGHTERS sell for $9.00 up to $50.00 really cool ones get more.
Now yours looks like its been repaired, not very well done either.. But again I see value in it just because of design and look of the lighter.Collector might pay a little more and over look the repair. If I was selling this I might ask $25.00 for it. I might even mount it into a shadow box frame.. with age tag. 1920s I think. (FYI. Dunhill would always stamp their lighters)...... Hope this helps Good Luck. "NOTE" I do not claim to be an Expert on lighters.

Re: RARE & UNIQUE Antique \ Vintage Cigarette Petrol Lighter ...
This is not a Dunhill, it's just a lift arm pocket lighter, if it works (sparks) and pieces well secured, it might be worth about $20/25.00
