Very god condition 1st edition 1st printing of Dr. Seuss "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" book. There is little wear to the book, the binding is in good condition for a book of this age. No torn or missing pages.
The last page with printing has 13 other books by Dr. Seuss, some have said there should be 14 books.
