Parlor Table with Three-Piece legs

I don't have much detail beyond this:

Wood appears to be oak. The feet are wooden balls. There are brass corner detail. There was a tag on the underside which has been removed. my fiance  acquired from an Estate sale in 1989 roughly. The lady was about 100 years old when she died and lived in Spokane, Washington.

Tables like this date from the turn of the 19th Century up to about World War One ( 1914), comparable tables can be found in mail order catalogs of the 1890's. Values for tables like this peaked in the late 1980's and have been in decline since then. We'd retail one like this for less than $175.00.
