Rare antique bud vases

Description

Rare turn of the century bud vases.  Excellent condition.  9 inches high, beautiful purple amethyst color.  Legs are clear.  Tiny "thorns" reflect real rose stem.

These were given to my mother in her early life by her aunt (mother was born in 1923). They have always been displayed in a glass buffet cabinet, never exposed to dust, etc.

{never exposed to elements such as dust.  Always kept on glass-enclosed cabinet.

These are what's called "Cranberry Glass", it was originally made during the late 19th Century , but was extensively reproduced during the 1980's, which brought down values for it across the board. Today at auction you might get $40.00 for the pair.
