Description

Gold leaf leather topped side tables (2). Height-28" to top shelf- 17" to bottom shelf.
Top shelf-16" wide x 17" long
Bottom shelf-17 3/8" x 30" long
Legs - 16 1/2" tall - 3 1/2" wide where leg meets table
Legs approx 22" apart front to back.

I think it may be a 20th century phone stand. My mother in law used to have the phone and phone books on it.

Ah, that's too bad, I believe it was purchased from an antique dealer, by a relative that has since passed. Thank you for the info!

This actually and end table, dating from the mid 20th century. It originally would have been part of a pair used at either end of couch. Values for them in "As is" condition tends to be modest, generally going at auction for less than $75.00.
