this is from Tell City Chair company, it is in really good condition, the damage on top (in picture) is smooth and flat to the surface.

Tell City made reproductions in the style of American Colonial Furniture, specializing in chairs until the company began making dining room furniture in 1953. Tell City operated until 2011 , forced to close because of tight profit margins and labor strikes. In the current market comparable Tell City cabinets retail for about $800.00., but go at auction for far less.
