The original work, called The Cottage Girl, was painted by Thomas Gainsborough in 1785 and currently hangs in the Ireland National Gallery of Art in Dublin. The reproduction you have was released by the Reofect company (most likely out of Chicago) sometime between the 1920's-1940's. The auction value is negligable, but it's a lovely painting.
