antique Henry Troeimner analytical scale

Description It was once appraised about 30yrs ago for quite a bit of money. It use to have paperwork that supposedly put it as the fist scale used at the Sacramento railroad station. Unfortunately due to a house fire all paperwork and the previous appraisal was lost. Has been in our family for at least 35yrs maybe longer. It belonged to my stepfather and don't know when he got it.
