i guy gave it to me he was going to scrap it i thought i was old and might be worth something if not i will keep it for my self

No huge value, it's a variation of a "Franklin Stove". Some date back to the 1840's, but they were extensively reproduced during the 1970's. At auction most of the Victorian ones go for less than $250.00.
