Four prints from First National Bank of Oregon, Printed in 1965, commemorating 100 years of service. 18 3/4" x 12". Prints have a title and a one - two paragraph description. The First print is called "The power that broke the mountains" with picture of the Bonneville Dam on lower Columbia. The second print is titled "The Golden Valley" and describes the Valley of the Rouge and shows a craggy mountain and a pear tree harvest. It describers a annual income of farm commodities in Oregon that year (1965). The third print is called "Things of the Mind" and shows Oregon State Universities floating Laboratory (ship) and shows a craggy coast line with ocean spray. The 4th print is called "World Seaport of the Pacific". It describes modern dock facilities and a deep water channel to the sea, and international banking makes Portland 11th among the nations ports of call. Caption also says, " Last year, 1667 ocean vessels called to load or unload cargo at its modern docks".
