Antique chairs

Appraisal complete
Description

Wisconsin chair company dining chairs I think 1890s. I have 3 of them in good shape no rot solid, should I refinish them. They have the original leather inserts. What is their value and any history you have would be great. Not sure what type of wood.

These are Queen Anne Revival  "T Backs", most of them date around the turn of the 19th Century. In the rough they go at auction for less than $30.00 each.
