Long Description
This watch is silver in color and has 17 jewels with pic of train on face and on back. It has many little line between the second hand lines.Inside in what appears to be stamp is this 431 and also OXM (or perhaps upside down) WXO and engraved is this 128W75.

Given to me by a friend who is now deceased

Good morning! as you note, you have a early 20th century Waltham (mass) railroad watch with etched case. It is beautiful to look at but not unusual, I'm afraid. Market value of your watch in the condition arrived at by viewing your picture and assumed to be working (I would grade good to very good) would be about $35. Â
