Based on the images and the marking, this platter is silverplated.  Sadly the demand for 20th Century silverplate is at all time lows, trays like this one often go at auction for less than $35.00

Nice will sell to whoever makes a offer. Thanks for comment. I really dont know much about the silverplate business, I have a small collection I buy from thriftstores and yard sales.
