Antique trunk luggage

Profile picture for user Dogfather

Description

Old antique trunk, luggage found at a garage sale. Got it very cheap thought it was cool and looks good displayed in the front room. After looking at it every day for over a month now I'm kinda curious as to its value? It's all complete except for the leather handle that went on the front of the trunk. If anyone knows anything about it and its values please advise and if interested in buying it let me know. I like it a lot it's very rustic looking but would consider selling it?

Re: Antique trunk luggage

Steamer trunks like this generally date from the first quarter of the 20th century, we clean them up and sell them for use as coffee tables @ about $225.00
