Can anyone tell me anything about these plates?

Appraisal complete
Description

I have two decorative plates which were given to me by my aunt 17yeras ago, before this they bekonged to my uncle who died about 22years ago now. I have had them in a cupboard ever since, they are not to my taste but dont want to throw them away as they are sentimental to me. However, I dont really know anything about them. I have uploaded a picture of each plate and the mark on the back, anything you can tell me would be very much appreciated.

Plates like this were decorative pieces meant for display rather than use on the table. The Crown marking is generic to many English potteries, but without a name it's impossible to determine a marker. They appear to be hand painted and good quality, we'd retail them for about $80.00
