Milwaukee Chair Co Mahagony

Hi 

Wondering if anyone knows approx year and value. The chair has original paper stickers on bottom that say Solid Mahagony no veneers and No. 316 . Plate on chair says Milwaukee Chair Co for Fuller/San fransisco etc. 

It has scrolls on arms that I am unable to find something similiar. 

Any info would be greatly appreciated
