That is not a complete Bible, its only the new testament, and its not written in Latin, but in Dutch.
Are there any pictures in the bible? It looks like the frontispiece is missing (old books often have an engraving before the title page, i think i can see a small part in the foto.
Bibles were printed in large numbers back then, many survived until today, what makes them valuable nowadays are beautiful illustrations, or handwritten genealogies. If it does not have any, it might be worth as much as a new Bible maybe a bit more.
