Re: Ashtray with Afrika PW Oklahoma
Looks to be what they call trench art. The soldier in there spare time whether it be in the trenches or a P.O.W. would make things like this ash tray out of items they had lying around. That one being from a soldier from the Afriks Korp is very desirable and worth quite a bit more than normal trench art. I can't tell what its made of going off the pictures but if its something you want to sell you should have no problem selling it. There's a lot of Africa Korp collectors out there.
