We get several requests for appraisals on this type of flat ware, it's actually a form of bronze alloy and not gold plated. These sets tend to originate in Thailand, most were brought back by troops & sailors stationed in the Far East after World War Two. Most sets like this have modest values and sell for less than $100.00.
