I would have questions before answers, but the image is of a painting called Pharaoh's Horses.
There are many versions and lots of painters copied it in paintings.
Mostly it is found in prints.

Google Pharoah's horses on ebay, lots of different views of that print, although I did find an exact copy of this print, with numbers in the corners, and a very good description of where it came from and the artists name, for a buy now for $50, and a bidding price start of $30. This one is not in near as good a shape as yours is Antc33.

it looks a lot duller due to being photographed under a pane of glass to keep it straight, as it was stored in a rolled up postion.
