Re: Hanging Item

Is it hollow inside?

In the distant past, when chandeliers had candles instead of electric lights, many chandeliers could be lowered from their position by either rope or chain to light and snuff out the candles. Perhaps this is a small one that would house a candle inside it. Wish you had other photos, better ones.

I'm no expert, but am a very logical person who can figure things out.
