What can you tell us about it? If anyone can help, you do need to provide more photos from different angles. Look on it for any markings or words. Perhaps there is information on the machine or on the bottom of the case.
Who gave it to you, when did they give it to you? Basically any information may be of use. You also may want to do some online research yourself for vintage singer sewing machines, or maybe find an antique dealer somewhere.
