Noke Purple Elephant Not Royal Dalton

Description

I am a bit perplexed.  I have an 11" purple Noke elephant with no defects.   There are multiple marks on the paws.  I searched the Internet and have no equivalent.   I have idea of when it was made or its value.  It does not have any Royal Dalton mark.
