Markings: King Factories Mayville, N.Y. Dependable Furniture brass disk in top drawer of chest.

Am wanting to know more about this bedroom set for possible sale. My daughter-in-law is the owner. She no longer lives in the area and is unable to keep the furniture. 

The finish is original and in excellent condition. 

I would appreciate some feedback on the history of these items and possible value.
