Vanity, dresser, and chair

I have had these pieces for about 23 years. I purchases them from a friend and have no information about them. The vanity is refinished but the dresser is not. I do not have the mirror to the dresser. The dresser has some chipping of the wood along the drawers.  Vanity is in excellent condition but has a small spot on upper right corner near mirror. The chair iseems to not be a matching piece. I want to sell them but need more information in order to ask the correct price.
