Description
We found this in our woods. A couple of our friends who are linemen have come over and seen it and couldn't believe it. They say it's a hot stick (a lineman tool) and we don't know what year and can't find any pictures online. Aka clamp stick or hold stick. Wood handle and metal clamp at one end. Good condition. Not falling apart in any way. Anxious for any details!

Items like this are more a occupational curiosity than valuable antiques. It's unlikely it predates the 1920's. We'd probably retail it for about $75.00
