I have this picture also, is a print by a 16th or 17th century artist, (van der pas) mine is a print of a watercolor painting, under glass.  Sounds like yours, my grandma had this in her house for many years.  Saw a similar one on an auction site asking $50.00, did not sell.  Said it was from 1920, which sounds about right.
