I inherited the table chairs and buffet through my maternal grandmother and the China cabinet is from my paternal great grandmother. they're from the same generation different families.
same style not sure if they actually go together when they were first sold but they look identical with the drawer pulls and the framing on the doors.
I can track the history of the table and buffet because my grandmother is still living 86 years old. As for the China cabinet my mother may know the history but the exact date of purchase I'm unsure. they must all be from the 30s - 40s because my grandmother was given the table by her parents.
I am looking to sell them because my father has recently passed and I am inheriting his dining set
I will be sad to see them go, but I would prefer my fathers dining set.
I can afford to put one or the other sets in storage until I sell this so I'm not going to just let it go for nothing. I can store it till sold. But I am also reasonable so I am looking for an appraisal so I know how to price it properly.
