The market for crystal is unfortunately very depressed due to over-supply, and only the best pieces in immaculate condition fetch meaningful sums. This piece is, sadly, not particularly well made (you will note that the edges of the cut parts of the vase feel 'smooth', well-made cut crystal should be sharp) , and has a resale value of only a few dollars.

I have a couple of pieces and enjoy and use them as I found I could not get more than a couple of dollars for them. Enjoy the pieces and don't worry about trying to sell it.
