This would appear to be as you know a vellum document dating to circa 1800 and originating from across the pond. I can't make out exactly what this document is but would expect it to be anything from a land agreement to an indenture to a local political item. While it is quite cool it is just a very formal document with (relatively) historically unknown figures, and has very little moden importance or collectibility. If you look at sold listings from "vellum documents" on ebay there are examples all the way from the 16th century to the mid 19th century. They routinely sell for $20-$100 dollars. I would expect this one to fall in that range aswell. Vellum was used for its durability and documents like this were generally locked away indefinitely, so condiion wise they tend to preserve well.
