Art Nuveau statue, vase and stand

This piece has been passed up thru generations. It came to our family in New York. My mother had it sprayed silver, but I think the statue is copper?. The vase has a porcelain type feel to it. The height is 31", the vase 21", the statue is 23". Pedestal is 12.25 x 8".
