I don't know much about this stove but I know it's old. My grandma said late 1800's, or early 1900's she has had it for a very long time and she just recently moved to Texas and couldn't take it with her so she left it to me. It says "the great majestic on the front of it. It has its wear down from over the years. One of the front hinges needs to be reattached. The top plate was cracked and looks like somebody attempted to art weld it back together. This stove is so heavy !! It does have some rust spots. You can see in the pictures. But I am renting out a storage unit basically for this and I have no better use for it so I thought I would get it appraised and get it into someone's hands that would really love this.

Stoves like this tend to date from the first quarter of the 2oth century, values depend a great deal on condition, as they tend to rot from the inside out and can become unsafe to use. In unrestored, but usable condition these days they tend to sell for less than $500.00.
