I have this graduation porcelain plate, framed an in a presentation case from a medical university in china. I would like to know what year this would have been given out and it's value. it is blue and white, wonderfully framed.

Without being able to see any marks the plate can't really be valued, it's doubtful it predates the 1950's though.
