No huge value I'm afraid, sets like this were mass produced from the 1930's through the 1960's. The design on the bottom is called a "Lithophane", it was pressed in with a mold the thick and thin areas creat the portrait when the light shines through it. Whole sets like this often sell for less than $100.00

I have a set of these with the teapot, creamer and sugar bowl that my great uncle who was in the merchant marines brought back to his wife.
