ceramic peacock dish

Description

ceramic plate with a fancy hand painted peacock on it with blue and brown warm colors. above the peacock is a dotted lined rectangle that is seperated into 6 squares in those squares it has 7 7 9 3 H R.  On the back it has a stamp that says Metropolitan Museum.
