White Cat Painting from Windsor Art Products Inc.

I have been trying to find any information about this painting on the internet with no luck. My husband and I acquired it from a friend who was cleaning out his mothers home. It is a rather large painting, and looks to be in almost new condition. The IBM number is 01724 60 05. In the lower left corner of the painting is the artist signature of Jasper. I have yet to find any info on him/her either. All I know is that the tag on the back has the IBM number and the description as 'White Cat FL'. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
