Azzolin Brothers Figurine Lamp

Made in 1967 by Azzolin brothers says made in Italy in the base of the lamp with a number f/663...was bought in Huntington WV in a furniture store around 1970...it was my mothers and passed down to me...do not know price paid...if any one know the value please let me know
