This a Fraternal Order Sword of a type used for ceremonial purposes at Men's Lodges, in this case The Knights Of Pythias, founded in 1864 and  is still in operation, but with limited number of members compared with it's heyday in the 1920's. Most swords of this type tend to sell in the $150.00- $300.00 range.
