I have an Antique STAR BARBER CHAIR - White Porcelain, Hydraulic Pumping Action, Original.
I do not know the brand. Several people have told me it is a Koken Star but no where does it say Koken that I have found. I would love to know the year and brand and approximate value of this chair as it is in great condition except 1 small crack in the handle that does not affect it function.

I don't have any listing for a Star Barber Chair company, but based on it's design it dates from the second quarter of the 20th Century. In unrestored condition comparables often go at auction for under $350.00.

Have you ever heard of Koken Star? Someone told me they thought it was a Koken Star Chair but it does not say Koken on it. Would that make a difference?
