Description

Hi. I would love an evaluation or any information please on this Darte Candle Holder or Vase? It's size is 5" x 5" with 3 " height

There is a lot of damage to it with all the corner angels having chips, chips on the top-side gilding, wear to the gilding and 2 hairlines on the top (which can be faintly seen in image 2).

I've tried to show some of the worst damage in the image.

This is an example of "Paris Porcelain" made during the second quarter of the 19th Century, pieces like these were generally perfume bottles rather than candle holders. In very good condition comparable examples often sell for over $350.00, damaged examples about half that amount.
