Vintage beer stein

Description

Heidelberg Werner cozelius beer stein. Three German flags with different names underneath. One says Frankfurt one says Heidelberg and the other, Wiesbaden. Letters DBGM under lid along with the number 63. Stamp underneath says Germany. I don't understand the other markings.

Distinguishing marks
Germany stamped on the bottom, DBGM and the number 63 under lid. It looks like an x above the Germany stamp and there is another marking I can't make out.
