I got these binoculars from my grandfather who served in the royal british navy, but i can't find any specific brand name or tag, just a symbol with three lines spreading out, and some words that seem like russian dialect.

We'd need to see some images of the markings to really tell much about these, from the images they probably date between World wars One and Two.
