Porcelain Plates Limoges France T.V. Stern Brothers New-York

I am attempting to identify the history, dating and value of 6 dinner plates, 6 salad plates and 6 dessert plates.  Here is the description of the markings on the back of the plates. 

Porcelain Plates marked in green underglaze Limoges France, another mark in red/pink shape of a bell over the glaze  marked "Limoges, T.V.", and a third mark "Stern Brothers New-York", also in red/pink.
