Based on the images and the markings your lamps date from between World Wars One and Two (1918-1939). They most likely originate from the Dresden, Germany area, then a production center for Meissen style figurines and porcelain until the city was firebombed during World War Two. Lamps like these were made in very large numbers of which many have survived to the present day, so they are not considered rare or very valuable.
