Antique porcelain? wine? decanter. Decorative jug with bird(dove?) on it and a bouquet of roses on the side. Has a crown and Vienna,Austria on the bottom.
It dates from the early years of the 20th century, probably before world War Two. Depending the size, It could have been used for a number of purposes, most likely though for bath salts/oil. The marking indicates it's a generic piece, not made by a famous company and of modest value. At auction it might go for under $75.00.
