Description

Looking at getting an evaluation for a friend of mine. She bought a Marinakis Bros Hellenic Chess Handicraft Set, from a friend of hers for $45Aud. She has been trying to find out what it is worth, as she cannot find a value price anywhere. Original Box, all metal pieces, Silver and Bronze, looks to be a Roman set. Any help getting a fair evaluation would be definitely appreciated, as she is looking to make it a family heirloom, that her children can pass along to their children and so on.

This company has only been making chess sets since 1974, so this set would not be considered antique or valuable What was paid for this set is about what comparable sets by this company currently retail for online.
