This is a wicker baby stroller. It's fairly large and could easily hold an infant but wondering if its intended purpose is for a baby doll. The sticker on the bottom that says: O.W. Siebert Co.

With the exception of antique doll collectors, the demand for these carriages and strollers has been in decline sine the 1990's. The were a vert hot item during the 1980's when the demand for Victorian decorating peaked. We see comparables now often sell at auction for less than $100.00.
